Originally from San Bernardino, California, I currently serve as CEO of INTEMPO, a Stamford-based nonprofit that provides multicultural music education to children predominantly from immigrant backgrounds. Prior to joining INTEMPO, I founded and led Trenton Arts at Princeton (TAP) at Princeton University.

I serve on the boards of Young Audiences NJ & Eastern PA, Princeton Arts Alumni, and The Granite, and am a member of the Stamford Arts and Culture Commission. A conductor, pianist, violinist, and violist, I graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with a degree in music. While at Princeton, I received multiple awards recognizing excellence in leadership, academics, and the arts.

As much as I enjoy spreadsheets and meetings, my true passion lies in making art with others. As a child, I would gather friends for sight-reading sessions and then host informal performances for our families. Today, I find the same sense of purpose in making music with my students and colleagues. That simple tradition has profoundly shaped my approach to leadership: fostering collaboration, embracing joy, and never losing sight of the creativity that inspires and sustains our work.
